Job description
Prepare, maintain, and update employees data in the HRIS for Europe
Supports critical system maintenance and operational tasks within the HRIS
Design manuals and document data processing procedures
Prepare reports, graphs, charts and statistics in support of human resources operations
Conduct HR data analysis such as compensation, classification, employment, employee relations, benefits etc.
Ensuring security (GDPR), end-user access, and data integrity across all HR platforms
Your profile
Completed high school or university education
Experience in a similar position
Knowledge of MS Office – Excel
Knowledge of ERP SAP is advantage
English language
Analytical skills
Good communication and organizational skills
