I’m looking for an International Talent Acquisition professional (EN/DE) to join a well-established, international company with a strong name in the market.
This is a hands-on role: proactive outreach, great communication, stakeholder partnering, and taking hiring all the way to signed offers. If you enjoy working with people, building trust and keeping processes moving — you’ll feel at home here.
What you’ll do
• Support end-to-end hiring: intake → search → shortlist → interviews → offer → acceptance
• Proactively engage candidates (LinkedIn, networks, referrals, talent mapping)
• Partner with hiring managers across teams/countries and align expectations & priorities
• Drive candidate experience (clear communication, structured follow-ups, momentum)
• Work with ATS/HRIS and support continuous improvements in hiring processes
• Support smooth onboarding and handover once the candidate joins
Who this is for
• You speak fluent German + English (must-have)
• Recruitment/Talent Acquisition experience is a plus — but what matters most is that you’re proactive, structured, and you can communicate confidently with professionals
• You like reaching out to people, building rapport, and moving conversations forward
• You take ownership and enjoy closing the loop (nothing gets “lost” in the process)
