Our diaries are full of notes, remarks, contacts and plans of future and past meetings with high potential people almost always belonging to key elements in their company departments, and also with the employers themselves. Our job is diverse, demanding and tiring - and therefore we do it. We have perfected individual processes in such a way that even the earlier unthinkable is common today.
